An unpredictable team in a topsy-turvy league may take the field on Saturday knowing that one win would guarantee a berth in the ACC Championship game.
Boston College is at Wake Forest in the afternoon, and its game should be complete by the time Maryland-FSU kicks off. If Wake wins, Maryland Football locks up the Atlantic Division title with a win against the Seminoles. If it loses, the Terrapins still control their own destiny, but would also need to win the following week against the Eagles.
Maryland Football has four wins over ranked teams this season, and three losses against unranked squads. Unfortunately for the Terrapins, last week's loss knocked the Seminoles out of the Top 25.
